General Item Return Policy
In most cases, items shipped from Vancyy can be returned within 60 days after delivery or 90 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 100 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.
Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

- If approved, we will refund or resend the item.
- All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
- If the product arrive damaged, different, or not working, Vancyy will offer the return shipping fee. If the customer needs to return the product with personal issues, the customer need to offer the return shipping fee.

The quality and color of these boots is far from what the picture shows. I tried them on and they are uncomfortable and cheap; no support on the sole. The quality of the leather and fabric are as well very low quality. I ended giving them away to a homeless person.
They look cheap.
I finally just received these boots today, after waiting for them for 2 weeks, and no tracking updates, I wasnt sure I was even going to get them. Anyway, I finally got them today, I ordered 2 pairs for 2 grandchildren, both pairs were basically folded up and packaged together, when I took them out they smelled very strong of chemicals, and they are very thin, and they look like they are made of plastic, not at all the description given on the site. I thought I was getting a great deal at $54.98 a pair, but now I feel like I got ripped off. If I had originally known they were from China, I never would have ordered them. They look like something you could buy at Dollar General for $10.00. Hard lesson learned
